Asset Insights has been awarded a multi-million pound contract by Network Rail’s Wales & Western Region to support delivery of its Possession Optimisation Programme.

Asset Insights has been awarded a multi-million pound contract by Network Rail’s Wales & Western Region to support delivery of its Possession Optimisation Programme. The programme will modernise key components of the engineering access system, and provide solutions that reduce possession irregularities, improve ‘time on tools’ and enhance the safety of those working trackside.  

Over the term of the contract (3 years plus 2 optional years), Asset Insights will partner with Network Rail Wales & Western to provide software development, support services and data management team capabilities.

Asset Insights have teamed with Atkins to ensure safety validation, cyber and training assurance is all completed in accordance with Network Rail processes and standards.
